  1.  @Julia-Richter  "rule of a law" actually sound like real totalitarian state lol, read some books or history maybe. Law usually is not something kind or reasonable idk why you worshipping it so much. Law is rules, and rules in any case are set by the people in power, and the system deals with the little guys, and it's cruel everywhere in the world. From what I have read, European/American courts are more brutal than Russian courts. So all these "values" are just bs for the most part, fairytales that dissapear with the first touch with reality. And a ruler becomes good not because he's a democrat or an autocrat or anything else, you just either do things right and effectively or you don't
