  1. James was/is a leftist (yes, read the memo, he says so). Nobody at Google on the right would have dared to put out that memo. James put it out because he believed, like all leftists, that his "side" (the left) is inherently fair and would listen to or at least tolerate that memo. Its shocking to leftists when they find out there is only a sheet of paper or two of difference between their stand and facisim.
