  1. Typical socialist government nonsense. Santa Cruz did something like this in Nor Cal, they wanted to force people to use mass transit to get to the beach because the traffic though town was overwhelming. So they made the main routine to the beach one way - to the beach only. The result should have been predictable: long lines of traffic going FROM the beach snaking though the residential neighborhood. The residents were standing outside watching it in disbelief. It lasted I think one summer before the idiot socialist city government removed the one way restriction.
