  1. Notgonna happen. The voters of California are not going to vote to split itself, and determining the vote of only a part of California is not straightforward. A lot of California is not represented. North California, the central valley, San Diego, all don't agree with Sacramento values. California is certainly too big. Splitting it down the middle, and not along political lines, could only improve our government.
