  2. Taiwan is a threat to Xi because it is independent and free thinking Han Chinese, just as Hong Cong was. Thus it has to be stamped out. If not, it remains an example of what the Chinese people could be.

  3. We'll see. This is a new kind of product, a "permanent nitch" product. Most people are not going to buy or use it. Wearing in public is a no-go, , and most aren't going to like something that blocks their vision no matter how well it does transparency. From there it is a copy of an existing product, its way out of people's price range. I suspect the most interesting thing about 3d goggles is that (unlike google glass) they are never going to go away, but just keep growing. I suspect Apple's price reflects that realization. 3d googles have a long road to get better. They are far to heavy, far too expensive, and right now, software limited. As for Tim Cook, copying others products does not make him an innovator. Apple has a problem. You can't just go hire an innovator.
