Did you know that %26 of statistics are simply made up on the spot?

The block cannot possibly begin spinning, that is, releasing rotational energy, in the short time the bullet is imparting its energy to the block. It spins after it has already been lifted. What this means is that the rotational energy is a fraction of the energy it took to lift the block.

Aren't we supposed to reverse the man made damage and get rid of the Salton Sea, according to green philosophy?

Has to be a sign that a physicist occupies the office if the blackboard (whiteboard) is bigger than the office.

He says "I am legally responsible for what happens to this car" as he takes his eyes completely off the road.

PS as in the show "devs" the proof of many worlds is the "reverse Schrodinger experiment". You are in a box, and a button on the wall gives 50/50 chance that poison will be released and kill you. You can press the button, again and again, and nothing will happen. The reason is because to an external viewer, half the time you die, but none of those yous will realize that, so the you that lives only sees the button as not functioning.

I don't know why the Hindenberg's solution to carrying varying loads does not get more traction in the press. The Hindenberg was a hybrid. It had the ability to heat it's internal gas, and thus could get lift both from the gas it carried as well is the same effect as a hot air balloon. This effect is not fast enough to, say, pick up huge loads, but it did solve the problem of needing to vent gas to stabilize its weight due to passengers and other loads, along with a water ballast system.

I have had ZERO accidents in my 44 years of driving. Therefore it is completely false to say that autonomous cars are safer than me.

A. Luck has nothing to do with it. B. You might want to rethink that arrogant part, PAL.

Not completely accurate. Yellow was also produced, so it wasn't just red and green. Also to be mentioned: It wasn't just lighting. The blue LED enabled high definition optical disks and made HDTV DVDs possible. This was due to the shorter wavelength of blue light. It enabled finer pitch tracks in the DVD.

Yes, it is easy to simply quote astronomical combination possibilities. However, these kinds of problems yield to common sense. Like exploring chess move trees, there are clearly paths that don't make sense, like paths after checkmate or loss of major pieces or important positions. Also, nature gives us a huge clue in terms of (for want of a better word) I'll call "progression". Proteins must hold together even while they are being formed. This sharply limits the possible paths to build a protein.
