  2. My wife was a teacher in Norcal. One of the male teachers was sexually abusing her, inappropriate touching, etc. I offered to disappear him one night in the parking lot, she declined. She complained to staff. Turned out he had a list of similar complaints about him. Years later she interviewed with another school in the same district, and found out he was working there. The new school had no idea about the complaints against him. The first school got rid of the problem teacher by shuffling him off to another school. Its a crazy system, you can't fire anyone.
