  1. Just a side note: its true that FUSSR (former USSR) lacks warm water ports, but they have more than made up for that by becoming experts in the use of cold water ports. They can port submarines that come and go under ice, and roam under the north pole ice pack undetected, even though the USA has the best underwater submarine detection in the world. That, in conjunction with land based mobile missiles, has kept them a formidable foe to any nation.
