  1. I used chat GPT for a while until my company forbade it. It was useful to explain Javascript programs to me, since I am mainly a C/C++ programmer. As far as using it to write programs from scratch, this is a management wet dream. It would be like firing all of your good programmers and hiring idiots, which is not far from what they are trying to do. Good luck.

  3.  @ghostblackmormor8120  It will get better, but it is worth noting that these LLMs are not telling us anything we don't already know. Its basically just rehashing code examples from the internet. Employers need to understand this. To solve novel problems still takes a meat machine, and will for the foreseeable future.
