I have two electric cars, but I am for people doing what they want. EVs are better cars, and in time people will figure this out. Until then, I think it is wrong for the governments to FORCE people to change. Name a food that your parents forced you to eat that you like.

This is serious. Without nuclear weapons Europe could roll over Russia in days. Before this, the nuclear armed countries used weapons to be "unconquerable", but now we see a country using the threat of it to throttle its neighbors unimpeded. This would be the model for N. Korea and Iran if it works.

Yea I noticed that. However, the Russians took Mariupol to enable that very supply route, and taking it back would effectively end that, since Russia would not be able to move on the roads there anymore. The bad news of course is that Mariupol is not going to be a city anytime soon no matter who holds it.

The video says it all. The Russian convoy crossing the border was greeted by a sign selling kitchen appliances, not Ukrainian troops. Guard it or loose it.

The underlying pretext is that Ukraine might retaliate for a Russian nuke this way. Ukraine does not have a Nuke, but it has plenty of radioactive material.
