  1. Pretty much all of these additions, CSD, disappearing scroll bars, etc. Are designed to conserve screen space. That's a good goal, but another way to go is just get more screen real estate and forget about it. Two monitors is my minimum, and these days that's two 23 inch monitors side by side or stacked, and 4k res. If you are incensed by too much space in your title bar that just begs for another button or menu, perhaps try more screen space. Its wonderfully relaxing.
