  1. Wall streen journal just published an article that the states have, in fact, lost little revenue in taxes. Certainly there have been expenses in reference to covid, but the numbers from the dems are designed to make up for the loss of SALT deductions. IE, this is a backdoor reversal of a previous policy they didn't like.
