  3.  @Bonanzaking  I disagree that we have to hand over the funds from a previous government to whomever took over the place by force. And America has agreed with that position for 40 years. Further, the timing of the funds transfer suggests it was a ransom, not a reimbursement. Further, we have several times confiscated funds from terrorist organizations held in international banks, and world courts have agreed with that. Finally, this discussion is about Hamas, unless you equate the two, which you seem to be doing at the moment. On that small point, we in fact agree.
