  1. A propelantless electric thruster is a flashlight. It just does not have a lot of thrust. It helps to emphasize: Electric thrusters deliver low thrust and take months to make a difference, but that is perfect for station keeping applications like satellites, that need small orbit corrections with very low onboard propellant masses.
