  3. We do need a law to help the elderly, in all communities and of all colors. Its called the "law against shoplifting". And its already there in most communities, ENFORCE IT. Here in the rich community of Silicon Valley shoplifting is legal thanks to California and Gavin Gruesome. Our local Walgreens is limiting their hours and putting in bullet proof glass because the thieves are breaking the front windows when nobody is there. The home depot is locking everything of value up because shoplifters are coming in and loading up shopping carts and leaving.
