If you are tired of subsidizing other people, then don't look at the value rise in financial assets, which are funded entirely by the Federal Reserve these days.The past two years have seen a value rise that would take a full year of GDP to pay off, all accomplished with loans from the Federal Reserve. If you think a couple trillion in Covid rental assistance is bad, you really don't want to see how the government is propping up the stock market.
