Regarding start stop for a high-strung turbo motor: I wonder what kind of testing Honda did to ensure this was an acceptable combination. Maybe the water pump is electric and always circulating coolant? I can't seem to find any information about this online. I recently drove a car with start-stop and there were some conditions where the feature didn't work even though I hadn't defeated it. It was pretty cold outside and the cabin heater was on, however, so that may have been the reason.
