  1. I love winter tires when I need them, but it’s important to consider that most of winter is just cold, dry pavement. The X-Ice XI3s on my Miata are great, but the 7-year-old Coopers I got off CL for my Fiesta aren’t so good. I’ll have some shopping to do next winter for sure
