10:55 I actually saw this happening. This happened next door to me. A single man had a baby, but something just didn't sit right with me. He crossed illegally, was getting assistance from the government(California), but his story never lined up. He had a child, but there was no bond. And the women taking care of the child were weird. I saw a second child, the day I moved out. Now it all makes sense why none of the story made sense. This was them holding the kid as ransom. I just couldn't understand where he was getting money from, paying California rent with only part time work. Now it all makes sense. Jesus christ.
