  2. It's not just this. They actually lowered the penalties of gun crimes in California, as well as Illinois. You'd think they'd have the strictest penalties, but no, they don't. They want to make it against the law, but they still let the criminal back out lol. It's just to hurt you. The criminals don't actually face any issue.
