It wasn't until moving to California that I realized what liberalism is. It's a claim to help people, but in reality, everyone cares about their social status. For example, even though we know that the materials for electric batteries come from children in the Congo, we still happily promote evs because we need to get to the greater good. Or, Rittenhouse and jussie lies were justified to get to the greater good of showing the other side as evil. That one was a real eye-opener for me. People saying yeah, it's a lie, but who cares. It helps our cause. It's scary to see, it's a cult.
