  1. Jolly heretic did a good video about this. You socialized Healthcare. You insisted on equal numbers or more female doctors. When you feminize a job, men drop out of it. Women retire early and drop out of work earlier due to family, or just a man will take care of them. So now, the system doesn't have enough doctors since they insist on 50/50 or more women as doctors.
