  1. I thought that too until I realized that you can always just switch societies, even in retirement. My father is on his third reroll family wise(no resentment worked for me, and the third reroll. First? Eh, not so much.) and he's just moved back to Africa, and got married there, where people respect family. Might not be that appealing to have to wait until you're in retirement have a family, I just wanted to say that it is possible.
