  2. It doesn't work the way you said you did if you give everyone a million dollars. That's the first order effect. The second order is that it reverts to "normal". Yes it's the new zero, yes there is relative inflation, but everyone is still initially fine. It's when the resources go from spenders to accumulators that the issue occurs. It doesn't really matter what you do. The game always ends the same way. Every time in every simulation. Accumulators take the resources from spenders and dominate and change the game. It's just a matter of time. That is in fact why I was in favor of the stimulus checks. The wealth flows to those who have assets.... It's just paying myself, eventually. First order is dumb to look at. It's end game and at end game, money always flows to accumulators.
