  1. This doesn't effect major corporations at all. This is why you shouldn't let democrats enact laws. McDonald's doesn't run its own stores. It franchises them out. McDonald's, the big corporation, is unaffected. They are paid on gross sales. The middle class store operator is the one who is affected.
