  1. When I took 9 months off of work for my own health I don't think I was benefited because I'm a man, I got the same thing that happens if a woman takes 9 months off for a pregnancy or something. I struggled like hell to find something later. They didn't go "oh, you're a man, good to go!" It's insane the lying of facts going on here.

  2. No matter what there will ALWAYS be a wage gap. Men need money to attract women, therefore, they will always work harder. A million dollars changes a man's life more than a woman's.

  3. 19:00 again... We need to invest and grow something to show a woman.... A woman will at most invest to secure her future. Men will invest far beyond the normal risk tolerance, and get abnormal returns (good and bad) as a result. My coworker, she has less stashed away than I do, and she makes more money. But she's attractive, she can settle down at some point? Me? No safety net here. So I'm not just invested. I'm leveraged. My investing risk tolerance is 3-5x the average woman. So either ill go bust or make more. So women just don't understand why the differences emerge.

  4. The reason you use midpoint/median is the average is skewed by outlier earners. Any person who knows basic Stat knows that. I don't even agree with her point but damn, this was dumb. The issue isn't median, it's that they don't account for job, experience, etc. When you do, there is a small pay gap difference. But not one note worthy of taking about, and no one talks about the other difference, of college educated women(no kids) being paid more than college educated men.
