  1. 3:30 false... We absolutely can do it, we did do it under Trump. After 2020, oil prices went negative and companies went bankrupt, and no one has fixed the issue. We need refineries, and no one will build them becauee the profit margins in refining suck. The oil market has literally done what you said they don't tons of times... It's how we crashed out of the shale boom.... Companies in oil run negative cash flow just to drill more because they actually like drilling. It's only now, finally, share holders have reigned them in. Energy companies have dumb/bad financials
