  1. Exactly. 13x. 8% earnings yield. 3%-4% spread above fed rate. Could be slightly lower, but we still automatically lose 10%+ on us earnings on fx rates alone. So, 2800 is possible. I don't like it. But that's what the numbers say.

  2. Also it's the way the algos will see it. Don't fight the computer players. If the computers are going to push the market that way don't fight it.
