  1. He doesn't want to take credit too hard because then, you'd have to talk about the programs, which are massive corporate handouts... And, they don't create many jobs. Semiconductors, Taiwan is importing the workers. The tax credit for evs is for the rich. There are no affordable evs. And it made gas cars more expensive. They passed a ton of things, they're just handouts for corporations. Allowing the upper class to buy Teslas more cheaply doesn't make people happy. They think "green investment" is something they can run on.
