  1. Just a quick FYI, chip subsidies in America make no sense. Intel puts off 12% of its value in free cash, it has more than enough money, and our other companies either don't have chip manufacturing, or manufacture very old chips. Intel is the only cutting edge. The whole 50B would need to go to them to be useful. Otherwise, 50B is nothing. Companies have been regularly announcing 100B+ investments.... If this subsidy goes to Nvidia, it's pure profit. The company doesn't manufacture lol....
