I could sell Trump home for a half billion in Africa, easily. There's no way a president of a country wouldn't buy it. Gold everything? Say less. We love that Aesthetic. A Saudi prince? Rofl. Lol, my job let's me see idiot amounts of info, and I know how much real estate goes for.... That's just wrong and there's so much money out there, I don't see how it doesn't turn into a bidding war. People don't understand that rich people actually need expensive properties to park money. So it could sell for 25% above value, just to "preserve" value. Ugh, weird, but that's life. On a smaller scale same reason you always have a Rolex. It's hard currency if you ever need to pay someone.
