  1. You aren't a financial expert but you've got it all pretty much spot on. I can be extra critical and say that you have the reasoning for long term rates low being incorrect, but technically, strong demand = low interest rate, so you can say that for the long end. The short end is highly influenced by the fed, so I would go with that, but I mean, you've done a good job for your viewers on this subject, and I rarely say that.
