  1. 11:30 it is expensive for some houses, depends. Down south more so. It's really just, because finances are managed by kids, it's done poorly. When I did it, I found most 30-50% of the money is grifted. The running costs are way cheaper. People just steal along the way. I made it worth it for my fraternity brothers, but, that's because I already come from some means. The events we had over those years were way better than previous or they've had since. The only other time you'll get organized events. Like that is secret societies in adulthood.

  3. Uh.... Ya.... That's a great way for a fraternity to never invite you over. You don't pay social dues to get trapped.... I did social chair.... I can't even imagine telling dudes "ya... Pay 600 dollars in dues for social nights.... And you get to hang out with trans... Wait, come back" Getting dudes to show up AFTER paying their dues to hang out with biological women.
