  2. Wait, nothing? I thought drugs did have something to do with it. Based on what I know about the trial which is obviously not a lot I think he should have been convicted but definitely not under the basis that drugs didn't have anything to do with it... Bruh, we can't blatantly lie. I don't think a restraint should also require blocking someone's airway for extended periods of time, I wouldn't last long with asthma for example.
