  11. /me reads delta shareholder letter. We lost money this quarter. "i demand you give free seats" ... Airline business is trash. Getting people to pay the actual rate for the seat is impossible. So many quarters of losing money, this is why buffet sold out of airlines, and why I won't invest. Women like her, ruin the metrics.
