  1. 10:40 I noticed this too. I moved from the east coast to Texas, and now, California. And when I lived in Texas, I'd be told how much better and less racist California is. When I finally got here though, I noticed this racial discrepancy. In liberal strongholds, your skin color matters way more. The preference for non white in liberal strongholds, ESPECIALLY from minority women, is insane.
