  4. Is she stupid? He doesn't have 40 billion dollars.... He has Tesla stock. Not cash. How do they not understand this? If he keeps selling, us shareholders can literally just write a proposal, and lock his shares up.... People don't understand how companies work at all.... They really don't understand just how much control shareholders have if we decide to use it. We like Elon... We all voted for his compensation package, which was dependent on a 10x stock return. He delivered, in record time... The idea shareholders will turn on him is cute.
