  1. I thought this was weird. We shareholders already voted on this, Elon Musk got the better of us. He asked for payment on certain milestones, and we said Gucci. He hut the milestones like he was speedrunning a video game. Whatever. We still 10xd our money. We don't care. Why are the courts trying to step into our business deals?

  2. ​ @SammySnead I mean, it just means I'll never go to New York. If a judge asked me for a 100k, that's pocket change. But then he says "you can't use loans" wtf? You're forcing me to now keep what I think is a potential fine on hand, as a cash drag on my investment portfolio. Why risk going to your state and being jailed? I have the whole world..... This is insanity. This is why I need get aways in south America and Asia. Because the whole western world is going full idiot.

  3. ​ @blizzardmike1 how is that even possible to enforce, how can you say that I can't get a loan? It's my money. I don't think they can enforce that. No one has cash on hand. This is my client level. We specifically have clauses about cash on hand we can keep for asset management. No one keeps cash...

  4. I'll say, this has an effect on people investing in these locations, however you have to realize that a lot of the investment we do is actually with pension money. So, if we invest California, Europe pension money. It will go there, as there's no political risk. Personal funds will flee. I personally won't touch a lot of Europe, and I won't host my money in any of the most insane blue States. That's going for more and more asset managers. I have religious clients. I'm not going to risk a blue State freaking out over that, and it's trending more and more to that.

America is still the easiest country to become a millionaire. By far. It's stupid. 90% of people in America, are choosing to be poor, whether they realize it or not.
