  2. Banks don't work remotely how people think they do. This is a run on the banking system. If you do that, the system collapses. It has to. If you don't want it to work this way, accept an extremely restrictive economy where you can basically never get loans.

  6. Without the sanctions or price cap, EU can fund the war easily for Ukraine. Yes Russia gets money, but EU gets more and supplies better weapons. With the price cap. EU can't afford to support Ukraine, and Russia just drags the war out.....
