  2. The only way to be successful at trading is you have to not want the money. It has to be an intellectual pursuit. The people who want the money are gamblers and can't control themselves.

  3. I used to recommend investing to people. My bro got 50k from back pay. I took it, and invested it all. Not hard, bought quality indexes, never touched it again. Sitting on huge gains. This is easy right? I tell people, just buy good index.... What did people end up doing? Day trading. I realize now, investing actually should only be done by professionals. Professionals, to us it's so easy, that we think anyone can do it. Meta stock is up 4x from it's lows after Apple blocked ads for example. You almost always get easy lay ups if you just wait. But people like the activity of day trading. Now, I don't recommend stocks at all. I realize, people just do t understand it.

  5. Lol, they trade and constantly check their phones. I basically only do it once a day. Why would I buy a stock I believe in so little, it needs to be checked every second? Insanity.

  7. "stocks went to zero" how.... How.... How..... Stock going to zero is so flipping rare, you have to be an actual genius to be this bad. In fact, you would still be paid millions of dollars for being this bad. Any hedge fund or Advanced Trader would love to copy your trade and do the exact opposite. My favorite way of making money is just taking the opposite side of retail.
