3:00 while I don't agree, this is the correct way of doing it. If you want a company to do something, buy the shares, make a proposal, and let's vote on it.... Will these things pass? Probably not... The majority of shareholders buy stocks to make money.... So I'm not voting to make myself less money... I didn't buy the stock for that....
