6:40 bribery? Eh... Seems like France made a good business move. It's bribery when it's between citizens. This is the French government. It's more like espionage. If it was a private business, yes, bribery, but the French government wanted the tank... And they did what they had to go get it. Because from the other side it wouldn't be bribery they'd be concerned about, but treason. Unless the other side was always going to buy the tanks.
