  2. Cartels have been amazing at entrepreneurship. I'd invest. I bet they keep growing revenues and profits. They're great at learning and are only getting better. Cartels are gonna only grow their reach. America laws are extremely weak right now. It would be honestly disrespectful to think cartels don't see, if not even actively been involved at pushing soft on crime. 12%+ cagr I bet.
