  1. Gotta see how crime plays out with Cali and New York bail reforms. I think, its gonna get a lot worse and scare people moving here. I'm already seeing more activity in my streets. I think trying to predict any movements based on politics is futile, and thinking all educated people agree with roe is biased thinking. Cyclical movements is more than enough to suggest we'll see a crash in some areas. We're going into a recession. Student payments restart... That's sucking spending power out of the economy. The economy boomed in part due to so many people having extra money from not making loan payments. Now that starts again. Recession.
