Texas been building. Looked like that 5 years ago too. Texas will have random, middle of no where neighborhoods being built. It's one of the few states that really builds.

14:40 you're wrong here. The reason they're at all time highs is, the stocks are dumb cheap. They are trading at 4-8 times earnings. Criminal cheap. They bought back tons of stock, while people waited for a crash, which hasn't occurred. And probably won't. I'd buy the stocks, if Nvidia wasn't a thing. But I grew up assembling computers, and people in the finance industry are clueless about computers. Semiconductors are so much easier to do, when finance people are way too lazy to learn how computers work.
