  2. The only way you can help the semiconductor industry is by injecting at least a trillion dollars in one go. 50B is nothing... It's a joke for them. Also, we aren't even behind in semiconductors. It's just, how semiconductor manufacturer is Intel, and Intel don't like to make chips for anyone else. They make chips for themselves. And they already said they would make chips for other people. Otherwise, you can't invest more without creating a brand new competitor, which will cost about a trillion dollars.
