  1. 10:40 no, he's spot on. I know people who make a half million, still pay check to paycheck. More money doesn't help. Most people just scale up their wants. My dad broke, and stopped, but I never saw my neighbors stop. They all got the obligatory 911 Porsche, range rover suv, etc. You don't stop. My dad reverted back to Honda everything and stopped caring, but most people, just keep increasing life style.

  2. 12:30 401k isn't the problem. People don't know how to use it. They don't know what it is. Lol. My 401k returns are stupid. But I also make sure to actually read all of the paperwork. People seem to not understand that a 401k still requires you to pick the Investments. you have to understand the investments, and most people don't understand anything in the 401K because the 401k makes things more complex.

  3. People choose to be poor. Like you, you choose it. You could. Move to Ohio, Kentucky, whatever, pay nothing for a small mortgage, and bank your money. Why do you live in Florida? You make vanity choices, then cry about wealth. Sacrifice something, to gain everything. There's no reason YouTubers should be living with expenses above 2k a month. You choose to spend more.

  5. I don't understand why you'd be broke with cash and not Yolo on a ceo.... Like, I picked Jeff Bezos and Elon musk.... My money go with them. Why would you do a strategy top players aren't doing? Do you understand how crazy that is? If rich people put all of their money in xyz asset.... It's probably the best option.

  6. 5:00 why? Stocks go up.... Why not bet on stocks? It's the only thing that goes up... It's where all rich people store their money... It's where the law makers store their money.... No matter what, gravity draws stocks up. Every system works for the benefit of stocks. Cash is just an old form of wealth.... Bonds were a newer form.... Etc. Now we have stocks, and even more advanced forms to hold wealth.... Why people are stuck on cash and gold is weird.
