  1. ​ @EpicMinecraftFail it's not how hard the work is, but how replaceable you are. This is why so many westerners fail. They think hard work means they deserve something. They hardest jobs are also usually the most replaceable. Just because you scrub a toilet bowl with a tooth brush, which is hard, doesn't mean you should be paid more than the person who used the proper tool, which is easier, but more efficient.

  3. ​ @cobrakaiisback4709 they said the same thing about elevators, back when you used to need a elevator operator. Like the companies won't add in a liability clause. Are you new here?
