@andrewcook_ it's not as insane as you think. The elite pay the majority of taxes. If a 20m golf course, means 50 families relocate, and buy 5-10m mansions, it's worth it.... 50x7.5= 375. 3% tax. 11.25 million. You'll get to tax them for thirty years. 337.5 million in taxes from spending 20m to draw in the wealthy. You guys stay poor because you don't bother to learn how anything works. You just whine.
