  1. One thing we learned in economics. People usually get the opposite of the intended effect when writing a law. It's always funny to see. You wouldn't think it, but ya, the failure rate is idiot high. Running things top down rarely works well.

  2. I say we institute this. The criminals and predators are happy. Women are happy. And men now have one day a week, assured video game (or cheating 😈) time. Everyone wins. And women will actually all supposedly run? Well, I guess the predators will help with that. Rofl. So more fit women. We all women. Women have the best ideas.
